• Are your repairs permanent? It depends on the location of the repair. If we repair a dashboard, expect it to be permanent. But if we re-dye a leather driver’s seat, the dye will wear off from heavy use just like the factory dye did, at about the same rate.
• Can you match color exactly? Yes. We can always match color exactly.
• Can you match texture exactly? Not always. Vinyl has a synthetic grain to simulate leather. It cannot be matched perfectly, but we can get an acceptable match with spray texture. Same for plastic–it has many different textures. We cannot match them perfectly, but with spray texture can “blend” our repairs and get an acceptable result.
• Can I clean the items you repair? Not for 48 hours.
• Should I replace or repair my items? Some items are inexpensive enough that it is more economical simply to buy new parts.
