So I finally got sick and tired of getting the $15 car washes where you have to stand over the guys like they can't see the dirt on your rims and asking them nicely to DO THEIR JOBS!!! AND IN SPANISH!
I needed a professional-grade detailing for a truck I planned on trading in and saw that this place had a big military discount and was close to me downtown. Eduardo, RJ and the entire staff were friendly and professional. They had my truck done in about 4 hours and it looked better than dealership quality. For the meticulous effort they give to your vehicle, the price is more than justified. I was so impressed that after trading in my vehicle, I brought in my new (used) vehicle AND my GF's car in the very next day to get the same package (Deluxe).
They have several packages, I'd call and just tell them what your budget is and what you need. They also contract out for minor repair work and aftermarket stuff. I'll probably bring my car back every 3 months to get the deluxe detailing...worth every penny.

I found this place online and after various calls to competitors decided to go with them for my auto tinting. I was so happy with the price, service and end product that shortly after I had them do a full deluxe detail. Various members of my family took their cars in after seeing how great mine looked. Eduardo, who is the manager, is incredibly personable and even picked up and dropped off my car for me which saved me so much trouble.
After using their services four times I am shocked by any reviews below a 5 star rating, because that is really what they deserve. I will definitely be continuing to have my auto work done here whenever possible in the future!

We use Pacific Coast for our business needs (tenant car washes etc) and I also use them for my car washes. I have three kids and a dog and my cars get plain dirty! There is always food suck in the seats, crumbs everywhere and you can't imagine the fingerprints that three little sets of hands leave. Pacific Coast Auto always brings my car back in PERFECT condition. My only thing is be prepared for pet hair removal fees if you have pets. It is worth the additional cost *usually about $10.
Most recently I took advantage of their 50% off detail for military. My husband was returning from deployment and I wanted to surprise him with a clean car. I only wish I had taken before and after pictures. The car was an absolute MESS from sitting for six months. Dust everywhere, crumbs etc. When I got in the truck it honestly looked like a brand new car. No detail was overlooked, vents cup holders EVERYTHING is spotless. The carpets were shampooed as were the seats (they even got baby formula stains out from months ago). They even offered to do a few extra things for me like clay oxidation (huge difference in the way the paint looks) as well as fixing a broken mud flap.
And on another note their customer service is awesome. They come a pick up your car and drop it off. They are also so nice and friendly and I trust them with my car!

This is the best auto detailing shop in san diego!!!! I took my 2002 Celica in to see if it was possible to get rid of the almost three years worth of oxidation that built up in it. Before seeing these guys, I checked out two other shops who both told me that my hood was trash. Meaning I'd have to pay another $800 for a brand new one. But the guys down at Pacific said they could get it out no problem for a very very AMAZING price and when I came to pick my car up, it was like I had brand new hood again. I really really wish I could post a before after pic on here because words just cant explain it. They literally restored my hood to where it looks better than all the other carbon fiber parts on my car. Additionally, the detail job on the rest of the car was OUT OF THIS WORLD seriously. I really really couldnt believe it and the staff was so friendly and just all around genuine.
I would 130% recommend this place to anyone. I'm already sending a few of my buddies up there for their cars. I'm pretty sure pictures of my hood transformation will be on their website. Check it out. This place is a definite must for anyone who loves their car!

I just want to say "thank you" for such a fabulous job your team did detailing my car. I could not recognize that it is truly my car, after you guys detailed it so well. It is a 2001 MBZ C240 that looks exactly like the 2007 model. The clay that you used brightened the color back to it's original color, desert silver. I am so impressed with the work you did, that I can't stop talking about it to my family, friends and co-workers. I tell everyone, "I got my car detailed, do you want to go check it out?" - sounds like I just got a new car.
I have detailed my car by myself in the past, and I am extremely nit-picky and anal about the details. WOW! I went ahead and listed it for sale, as I planned. I have to be honest with you, I am not sure I will be able to part with it. I have had inquiries of people interested in buying it, but I am not sure I will go through with it.

I am very impressed with Pacific Coast; both in their overall professionalism and the quality of work that they performed on my car, which is by no means a luxury vehicle. Didn't matter though... as the car looks newer now than the day I drove it off the lot. They spent as much time on my Toyota as they did on the Lamborghini that was getting detailed right beside it. The interior looks, smells, and feels great--they got years of accumulated sand and dust out of the upholstery and all the little nooks and crannys. The outside of the car looks amazing too; the wax sealant that came included in the deluxe package has really given the car a new life.
I was also impressed at the amazing military discount they offered and immediately spread the word to my coworkers. I thoroughly recommend Pacific Coast and will be taking my car there from here on out. These guys are professionals.

I have found it difficult to find good service in auto related services. However, I have been VERY impressed with Pacific Coast. The crew is friendly and the management and front desk staff are professional and committed to what they do. Moreover, the quality of the work is absolutely top-notch. They have done detailing and washing of my baby-- my BMW. I really recommend these guys. It rained on me after a detail and they took care of me with a complimentary wash -no complaints, no whining. Usually--with many companies-- when you receive something complimentary, you are not treated the same as when you were a "paying customer," but I did not find this with these guys. They treated me very well, cleaned up my car and I promised them a review for their professionalism. 5 Stars. A+. Keep it up!

I recently bought a 2002 Chrysler Concorde and I got a good deal on it considering the age and mileage. Only negative was the car was badly scratched and dirty. It looked like someone had put boxes or something on the roof, hood and trunk and slid them around, it looked horrible. I took it to these guys and now it looks BRAND NEW!!! I can't believe the difference!! All the scratches are gone, the interior is spotless. I couldn't ask for a better job. For the price he gave me when I got there I thought "ok it's probably going to look better than it does now but this guy is definitely exaggerating"... R.J. WAS NOT KIDDING!! It's better than he described it. I know Eduardo took before and after pictures so maybe they'll put it on their site, its a burgundy Concorde. Words cannot describe the difference, so check out the site for pictures. Well anyway, thanks a lot guys, I couldn't be happier. You did an amazing job. I will definitely be telling my friends to bring their cars to you and I will surely be back for any future detailing I need done.

I recently brought my 2003 350z in to PCAD for a detailing and a color sanding. Both of which I had never had done before. I have a black car thats been used as a daily driver and really showed it's age. I brought the car in around 1:00 PM without an appointment and was warmly received by the staff there no problem. Looking around the shop I saw that everything was clean and orderly, which said a lot to me. The shop manager (Eduardo) was very professional. I had a lot of questions and concerns about what was included and what to expect as anyone would. He took the time to explain the processes and answer my concerns even though the shop was very busy. I noted that the guys that were busy detailing the cars were very focused with the task at hand. They took my car in on the spot and told me it would be ready the next day. I needed a ride home and the shop manager kindly obliged me.
The next day I was excited to see what the end result would be. I had the supreme detail on top of the color sanding. The car had all kinds of problems with the finish, including heavy swirl marks, a spot where someone had sanded then did a bad touch up paint application and miscellaneous deeper scratches. I got to the shop to find the detail techs still working on it just finishing up w/ the final touches. I asked them to pull it into the sun so I could get a better look at the finish. The result was pretty amazing. The badly touched up sanded spot was gone, the swirls were mostly gone I'd say about a 90% reduction in finish blemishes. The color was back to the deep inky black gloss finish that I had never seen (used car). One of the techs told me to go ahead and run my open palm along the finish (which I hesitated with as I didn't want to blemish the finish) and to my surprise it felt as smooth as glass. Amazing.
The inside looked immaculate with the exception of few hard to reach places(I addressed these and they were taken care of immediately. Note, the car was not perfect. Perfect to me means PERFECT. For instance I had had some chipping and scratch spots that were down to the metal in several areas of the vehicle that were due to the car being a daily driver. I could not and would not expect those to be taken care of as that's a whole different ballgame of expertise. But these guys did the best job possible with what I gave them and that's pretty good. The only negative I have in this review is pretty minor, Eduardo called once asking to speak to someone other than me. Like I said pretty minor.
The price was very reasonable for what I got. I'm military and they offer a %50 discount for their detailing services which helped. Then the color sanding ran $350, which in my opinion added about $1000 value to the car. I definitely recommend PCAD for both their workmanship and customer service as they carry both with great pride and consideration.

I love this place! Eduardo knows his stuff, and Katie is oh so friendly and ready to schedule you in. My bro-in law works for one of Pacific Coast's major competition and I could get a discount there...BUT INSTEAD I choose to have my car mini detailed and the seats shampooed once a month with Pacific Coast.

Eduardo and his guys have detailed my one of a kind Shelby before the La Jolla Motor Classic. They have done an excellent job on the entire car including the engine bay. They went above and beyond to make sure all the smallest details were just perfect. Their prices are reasonable and a great value in my opinion. I will go back to them for sure.
pashbaugh I originally brought my Volvo CC to see Andrik from Prestigious Images at this center to fix some major "dog-teeth" vinyl/leather damage. While waiting I noticed what an excellent job not only Andrik did, but all the nice detail work that was being done, so I decided to get a full detail on my BMW Z3 (2000) and go ahead with the Volvo too. Both cars look incredible and brand new again! I cannot remember these cars looking this good! Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. Both jobs were finished in a timely manner. I HIGHLY R ECOMMEND this place.

brought my car to Eduardo and his team and they did a GREAT JOB! I had small scratches all over the car from an attempt to remove overspray. They not only removed all the scratches and remaining overspray, but restored the finish to LIKE-NEW again. On top of that, they restored one of my headlights to LIKE NEW, that I felt needed replaced. In terms of value, I wont say how cheap they did it for me, because I think it was a steal on my part. I cannot fully convey my appriciation for a job well done, with the best in customer service!

Mario M I have used these guys for 5 years now even before they moved to the new location...and I have to say that RJ treats my cars even better then me...(which is kin da hard to do considering I have some type of cleanliness disorder..haha). They pick my car up in the morning and usually its done by 1 or 2....pretty much I won't even consider taking my cars anywhere else in this city after seeing what those drive through places do with cars...I had several dents in my TT and those were taken out by them also (a nice service)....price is a bit more but again you get what you pay for.....I used to enjoy washing my car (was kinda therapeutic..guys understand..) but with the crazy water laws in the city and the unavailability of those do it yourself places there is no other choice for me....

RJ and Eduardo did an amazing job on my brand new 2010 Mazdaspeed 3. I went for the total protection package--sealant, Scotch-Guard, the works. If you care about your car, you can trust these guys to take care of it. There are a bunch of car washes in the area, and drive-by detailers. None of them can hold a candle to Pacific Coast. These guys are different--their attention to detail is unmatched by anyone, anywhere. They gave me a great price and even threw in an engine detail and a free wash my for roommate. Eduardo even dropped me off at home and picked me up when it was done. An all-around great experience. I'll be going back and giving these guys my highest recommendation to everyone I know.

I've been using Pacific Coast Auto Detailing for the past year and am extremely happy with their service. RJ, the owner, is a perfectionist who refuses to allow a car off his lot unless it looks its absolute best. I've seen him standing over his crew with his tooth brush pointing out minute imperfections that most people would never notice. They are always researching new waxes and polishes and keeping up with the latest technology in auto detailing. Their customer service is also outstanding. Eduardo dropped me off at the airport and picked me up in my shiny, clean car when I returned from my trip. In addition to detailing, they provide other useful services, too. My girlfriend needed her front window replaced and they found her the identical windshield that came with the car at an outstanding price. When I pick up my car from Pacific Coast I often see gorgeous, high end automobiles, some of which are show cars. If these people are trusting Pacific Coast with their prized possessions, then I know my car is in expert hands.

We are so busy during the day, that we rarely have time to do much of anything. Taking care of our vehicles was clearly on the back burner. However, since we drive all over town with several cars, it is important for our customers to see a clean well maintained vehicle. Thanks to RJ and the staff at Pacific Coast Auto Detailing that is exactly what we have. They come up to our office in Bankers Hill and pick up the cars in the morning , and have them back to us looking good as new very quickly. I have used them for auto repair after an accident, as well as for basic maintenance like oil changes and wiper blade replacement. In our business, if we don't have a car for deliveries, we can lose hundreds of dollars a day. Thanks to the folks a t Pacific Coast, our vehicles are always clean and well maintained. Although I don't recommend trying this experiment, As if trusting them with your vehicle isn't enough, I once left over a thousand dollars cash in my glove compartment of the truck when they picked it up for a wash and wax. It was all there when I got my truck back, so they are certainly honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone interested!!
